Learn how to measure for uniforms and apparel.
- Neck: Wrap your measuring tape around the very base of your neck. Allow for one or two fingers of extra space for the best comfort.
- Chest: Wrap your measuring tape under your arms and around the widest part of your chest / bust.
- Waist: Always measure your natural waistline. The smalles part of your waist, but allow an inch or two for comfort.
- Hips / Bottom: Stand with your heals touching, wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips.
