Stitch Logo started operations in 1999. As a small embroidery shop, we were looking to service the hotel and resort industry with high-quality embroidery services for uniform programs. We centered our focus on local resorts in the Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area. Offering free logo digitizing for all hotel chains that wanted to order from us while offering no minimum order requirements.
By the end of 2002, Stitch Logo had serviced over 450 hotels and resorts nationwide and started expanding into other industry areas providing workwear, corporate apparel, chef, medical, and formal uniforms.
The company store program began in 2007 as a way to help one of our customers with their ordering needs. The problems they were facing:
- The logo was well over the standard 9,000 stitches and didn't fit into our standard embroidery pricing.
- Employees had to pay for the uniform shirts themselves.
- It was getting hard for the HR Manager to manage ordering for everyone.
The solution was to create a special page just for them on our website. The employees could then see the correct pricing, order and pay for the shirts themselves and leave the HR Manager out of the equation unless product updates were needed.
From there we expanded the company store program into dedicated website's created to meet our customer's unique needs. Options include custom shipping, billing, products, decoration, and more. We keep this service free to our customers and offer it as a tool to make ordering easier.
As of today, we have helped over 11,000 companies and groups with direct orders and maintain over 70 company stores.
